Service and consulting companies are currently experiencing a generalized phase of hyper-growth with the increased use of digitalization of their organizational tools and processes.
Two elements are pushing them to reinvent themselves: a highly competitive environment and a shortage of skills, from recruitment to talent retention. This affects all parts of the company: HR and finance, IT and transformation, business and operations, and general management.
In this context, IDC France has examined the issue of optimising operational and financial performance through a survey of around one hundred organisations in France.
